colours of the ideal beach house. Relax on the terrace and enjoy the
sea views and spectacular sunsets.

This unique boat house The Wild Duck was built in 1878 at West Lynn
for George Cresswell part of the famous Barclays bank, Gurney
family. She has been dry beached at South Beach Heacham since 1923
and is the only one of its kind in existence, full of character with
many original features. Her location is perfect for a relaxing
holiday with fantastic open views to the sand dunes and sea just 200
yards away and from the rear overlooking the RSPB nature reserve.
Low tide offers miles of safe shallows ideal for cockling, with
swimming ,sailing and windsurfing when the tide is in
