Bedroom 2:Twin beds built into the hull of the ship, light and airy with views over the river.

Bedroom 3:A double bed also built into the hull enjoying views across the reserve.

Shower room :With WC and wash basin

Outside: Elevated sun terraces on the front and back with tables and chairs. There is a large unfenced area of wild grass and flowers surrounding the boat house, safe for children to cycle the length of the private sand road.

Windsurfers and feva, RS racing dinghy’s are available for hire.
